Please try to be there or if you really are unable to attend please ensure you read through the agenda and post you proxy vote forms in (or pass onto another member to bring in).
If you wish to stand for a seat on the board or become a member of the action committe (those who organise/work on the actual projects) please let me now and a nomination form will be sent out (not required for action committee).
